Coriander, also called Chinese parsley, is one of the basic components used to make curry.
Contains vitamins A, C, E, K, calcium, iron, potassium, dietary fiber and magnesium. Helps eliminate heavy metals from the body, is a great antioxidant, helps prevent cancer, reduces anxiety and helps sleep.
For growing coriander we recommend using EVA S and water with mineral fertilizer.
Sow a whole sachet. It germinates in about 6 days, the blackout period lasts about 7 days. If grown with care it can last for many months. Prune it when needed using the scented leaves, then it will grow back. The seeds per gram are about 70.
