These terms and conditions of sale regulate and govern the purchase of products made through the website www.kontaktonatura.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, referred to in Legislative Decree no. 206-2005, on electronic commerce. Placing a purchase order through the site implies acceptance of the Terms of Sale below.
Prices
All prices shown on the site are in euros and include value added tax. They may include shipping charges if the minimum order quantity is reached as indicated in the “Shipping” tab on the site.
Shipping
We carry out the sale of our products throughout Europe. Shipping and delivery conditions are indicated on the appropriate Shipping page on the site.
Payment
Any payment by the Customer may only be made by one of the methods indicated on the kontaktonatura.com website. Credit cards of the major international circuits and prepaid and rechargeable cards issued by banking institutions present on Italian territory are accepted:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, payment by APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY is also accepted.
For payments made by credit card, the actual charging of the amount of the order will occur only when the order is completed. If the unavailability of a product is detected after the order has been registered and the amount has been reserved on the card, we will take the necessary steps with the payment processor to reverse the transaction for the unavailable merchandise.
All orders, before being processed, are checked for genuineness directly by the relevant credit card issuing institutions for the protection of the customer. If, for any reason whatsoever, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sale process will be automatically cancelled and the sale will be terminated pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. The Customer will be informed by automatic e-mail communication.
Communications relating to the payment and the data communicated by the Customer at the time it is made take place on special secure lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of security protocols provided by the payment circuits.
Complaint
Any complaint must be forwarded, by email, with photos or other documentation, within 5 days of receipt of the goods to the following address: kn@kontaktonatura.com indicating the order number.
Right of withdrawal and returns.
As provided by the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by notifying the seller by email within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returned products must be in perfect condition, not used or damaged and included in the original packaging. Otherwise, they will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment for the purchase, upon receipt of the returned merchandise and less any return shipping charges. Or it may be made in the form of a credit to be used for other purchases.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by DL n.206-2005, Consumer Code, regarding distance selling.
For any dispute will be exclusively competent the court of Vicenza.
