Also known as "Japanese mustard", thanks to its delicate spicy flavor it can be used in many dishes, from soups to pasta, sandwiches, salads and much more. It contains antioxidants, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, calcium and various minerals.
With the seeds it is possible to produce microgreens or baby leaves.
To obtain microgreens use 1/3 of the sachet which corresponds to 1.7 g of seeds, no soaking is required and the harvest can take place after 8-12 days.
To obtain baby leaves use 1/5 of a sachet which corresponds to 1 gr of seeds, no soaking is required and the harvest will be ready after 14-21 days. It can be grown only with water and fertilizer with EVA H or with coconut fiber using EVA S. The seeds per gram are approximately 300.
