Product Description
Red clover, very similar to alfalfa, may help reduce diabetes, heart disease risk, and even prevent cancer.
Thanks to its delicate flavour it can be used in any dish, alone or as a base for other sprouts or microgreens.
It is in fact possible to produce both sprouts and microgreens.
To obtain sprouts with EVA H use 1 tablespoon which corresponds to about 10 gr of seeds, leave to soak for 4-6 hours and the harvest will be ready after 5-7 days. To obtain microgreens instead use 1/2 teaspoon, about 2 gr, no soaking is necessary and the harvest can take place after 7-12 days.
The versatility of clover allows it to be grown with only water using EVA H, or with coconut fibre using EVA S. The seeds per gram are approximately 400.
