Wheat is suitable for quick and easy cultivation: ideal for smoothies or juices, it has anti-cancer properties and improves digestion thanks to the content of vitamins A, B, C, amino acids and various minerals. It is possible to produce sprouts or microgreens.  With the harvest of an EVA you can get, in about 10 days, a quantity of grass of wheat sufficient to obtain a small glass of about 40 cc. of the precious juice. To obtain the juice use a common extractor. Cut the grass when it has reached a height of about 20 cm or more.  To obtain sprouts with EVA H use 2 tablespoons corresponding to about 25 g of seeds, soak for 10-12 hours, the harvest will be ready after 2-4 days.  To obtain microgreens use 4 teaspoons from you, about 25 gr, let them soak for 10-12 hours, the harvest will be obtained after 8-12 days. It can be grown only with water with EVA H, or with coconut fiber with EVA S. The seeds per gram are about 25.
