With the seeds of this set it is possible to grow both sprouts and microgreens. Whether you grow sprouts or micro vegetables, if you want, you can mix the different seeds together to your liking and create exclusive blends according to your taste.  These three seeds can be mixed together as they have the same soaking and harvesting times.
