It is possible to produce sprouts, microgreens or baby leaves.
To obtain sprouts with EVA H use 1 tablespoon which corresponds to approximately 12 g of seeds, i.e. an entire KN bag; the required soaking time is 12-14 hours and the harvest is obtained after approximately 10 days.
To obtain microgreens use 1 tablespoon, about 12 gr, soaking is 6-8 hours and harvest time is 8-12 days.
To obtain baby leaves you need 6 grams of seeds, about 1/2 bag, soaking for 6-8 hours and it will take about 21-28 days to have the harvest.
Swiss chard prefers cultivation with coconut fiber using EVA S. The seeds per gram are approximately 60.
