Easy to grow and fast-growing, broccoli raab is renowned for its health benefits as it is an important source of sulforaphane. It is excellent as a base for green salads: it contains vitamins A and C, calcium, iron and phosphorus. It is possible to produce sprouts or microgreens. To obtain sprouts with EVA H, use 2 tablespoons, which corresponds to about 20 g of seeds, soak for 4-6 hours, and harvest after 4-6 days. To obtain microgreens, use 1 teaspoon, about 3 g, no soaking, and harvest after about 10 days.  It can be grown with water using EVA H, or with coconut fibre using EVA S. There are approximately 300 seeds per gram.
