Its seeds can be used in spicy infusions, while when ground, they become one of the primary ingredients of curry powder. The sprouts and microgreens that are obtained have a powerful, almost spicy taste. Fenugreek helps in controlling diabetes, improves heart health and is an excellent digestive: it contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, folic acid, potassium, iron, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.  It is possible to produce sprouts or microgreens.  To obtain sprouts with EVA H use 2 tablespoons corresponding to about 25 grams of seeds, soak for 4-6 hours, the harvest will take place after 2-4 days. To obtain microgreens use 1 teaspoon from you, about 5 gr, no soaking and the harvest will be possible after 8-12 days. It can be grown only with water with EVA H, or with coconut fiber with EVA S. The seeds per gram are about 30.
