The kit includes 3 EVA S, 1 100 ml spray bottle, 3 1-gram sachets of mineral fertiliser, 12 coconut fibre discs and 300 g of organic wheat seeds in 3 100-gram bags.  It is the ideal kit for growing wheatgrass, from which you can extract juice with rich properties. With the 3 sachets of mineral fertiliser, you can obtain 3 litres of nutrient-rich water, enough for 12 harvests.  It is recommended to use the nutrient-rich water from the start: approximately 0.2 litres are needed for the EVA S water reserve. One coconut fibre disc is sufficient to fill one basket. Place the pressed disc in the tray, add 225 ml of water and after half an hour it is ready for sowing.  We recommend using about 25 g of seeds, 1/4 of a bag or two tablespoons, for each EVA. Before sowing, the wheat seeds must be soaked for about 10-12 hours for optimal germination.  With the production of one EVA, it is possible to obtain, in about 10 days, a quantity of wheatgrass sufficient to obtain a small glass of juice of about 40 cc. To obtain the juice, simply cut the grass when it has reached 20 cm or a little more and place it in a common extractor.  The kit includes our ‘recommended use’ guide with tables and illustrations showing the times and weights required for cultivation. With these tips, anyone, even without experience, can enjoy growing healthy and nutritious vegetables on their own. If you run out of seeds, a refill set of 3 bags of sm550 wheat is available.
