A coconut fiber disk is enough to fill a basket. Place the compressed disk in the tray, add 225 ml of water and after 1/2 hour it is ready for sowing.

We recommend using about 25 g of seeds, 1/4 of a bag o two tablespoons, for each EVA.

Before sowing, the wheat seeds, for optimal germination, must be soaked for about 10-12 hours.

With the production of an EVA, it is possible to obtain, in about 10 days, a quantity of wheatgrass sufficient to produce a small glass of juice of about 40 cc.

To obtain the juice, simply cut the grass when it has reached the 20 cm or slightly more and insert it into a common extractor.
