The kit includes 3 EVA H, 1 100 ml spray bottle, 12 1-gram sachets of mineral fertiliser and 300 g of organic wheat seeds in 3 bags of 100 g each. It is the ideal kit for growing wheatgrass to extract its juice. With the 12 sachets of mineral fertiliser included, you can obtain 12 litres of water with sufficient nutrients for 12 harvests. We recommend using water with nutrients from the start; approximately 0.9 litres are needed for each EVA.  The amount of seeds we recommend using for each EVA is about 25 g, corresponding to 1/4 of a sachet or about two tablespoons. For optimal germination, the wheat seeds should be soaked for about 10-12 hours before sowing. With the production of one EVA, it is possible to obtain, in about 10 days, a quantity of wheatgrass sufficient to obtain a small glass of juice of about 40 cc. To obtain the juice, you can use a common extractor: just cut the grass when it has reached a height of about 20 cm or a little more and insert it into the extractor itself.  The kit includes our ‘recommended use’ guide with tables and illustrations showing the times and weights required for cultivation.
