With the 12 included mineral fertilizer sachets, it is possible to obtain 12 liters of water with nutrients sufficient to obtain 12 harvests.

We recommend using nutrient-rich water from the beginning; approximately 0.9 lt for each EVA.

The amount of seeds we recommend using per single EVA is about 25 g corresponding to 1/4 of a bag or about two tablespoons.

For optimal germination, wheat seeds must be soaked for about before sowing 10-12 hours.

With the production of an EVA, it is possible to obtain, in about 10 days, a quantity of wheatgrass sufficient to produce a small glass of juice of about 40 cc.

To obtain the juice, you can use a common juicer: just cut the grass when it has reached a height of about 20 cm or a little more and insert it into the extractor itself.

The kit includes our usage tips with tables and illustrations showing the times and weights useful for cultivation.

With these tips, anyone, even without experience, can produce healthy and nutritious vegetables on their own, while having fun.
