It is one of the most popular sprouts and microgreens and is easy to grow. It contains vitamins A, C, B, protein, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. It is good for the heart, teeth and bones, and can help lower cholesterol levels.  It is possible to produce sprouts or microgreens.  To obtain sprouts with EVA H, use 4 tablespoons, which corresponds to about 27 g of seeds, soak for 8-10 hours and harvest after 4-6 days.  To obtain microgreens, use 6 teaspoons, approximately 20 g, soak for 8-10 hours and harvest after 8-12 days. It can be grown with water using EVA H, or with coconut fibre using EVA S. There are approximately 40 seeds per gram.
