is possible to grow wheat seeds with EVA H o EVA S. We recommend using about 25 gr for each EVA. Before sowing, the seeds must be soaked for about 10-12 hours.

With the production of an EVA, it is possible to obtain, in about 10 days, a quantity of wheatgrass sufficient for a small glass of about 40 cc of juice (using an extractor).

With this set you can obtain 12 harvests and just as many shot glasses of very precious juice.
