Red Russian kale is a food source extremely nourishing: rich in antioxidants helps to prevent cancer; as anti-inflammatory strengthens the immune system and improve the brain health.

is versatile since with its seeds it is possible to produce sprouts, microgreens o baby leaves.

To obtain some sprouts with EVA H:

• use 2 tablespoonsabout 20 g of seeds
• leave to soak for 4-6 hours
• the harvest will take place after 4-6 days

To obtain some microgreens:

• use 1 teaspoon, about 3 gr
• no soaking is necessary
• the germination will take place in 2-3 days
• the black out requested is to 3-4 days
• the harvest will be ready in about 10 days

To obtain some baby leaves:

• use 2 g of seeds
• no soaking
• the germination requires 2-3 days
• the black out 3-4 days
• the harvest 14-21 days

Can only be grown with water with EVA H, or with coconut fiber using EVA S.

The seeds per gram are about 300.
