Red komatsuna mustard contains vitamins A, C, E, K, antioxidants, and fiber.

With the seeds, it is possible to produce microgreens or baby leaves.

To grow microgreens use 1/3 of the sachet that corresponds to 1.7 g of seeds, do not soak at all and the harvest will be possible after 8-12 days.

To obtain baby leaves use 1/5 of a sachet that corresponds to 1 g of seeds, do not soak at all, the harvest will be ready after 14-21 days.

can only be grown with water and fertilizer using EVA H or with coconut fiber using EVA S.

The seeds per gram are approximately 500.
