We recommend always using EVA H but with the same method as the microgreens.

To obtain some microgreens:

• no soaking
• the germination requires 2-3 days
• the black out 3-4 days
• the harvest will take place after about 7-10 days

To obtain some baby leaves:

• use 2 g of seeds
• do not soak at all
• la germination will take place in 2-3 days
• the black out requires 3-4 days
• the harvest will be possible after 21-28 days

Can only be grown with water with EVA H or with coconut fiber using EVA S.
