Thyme is one of the slowest-growing microgreens. Renowned for its medicinal properties and culinary uses, it contains vitamins A, C, B6, in addition to manganese, iron, copper, zinc, and calcium.

For its cultivation, we recommend using EVA S and water with mineral fertilizer. The amount to sow is an entire packet; it germinates in about 8 days and requires a blackout period of about 9 days.

If carefully cultivated, thyme can last for many months. The fragrant leaves can be pruned as needed, and then they will grow back.
