The watercress seed is mucilaginous, so it is complex and difficult to get sprouts with the traditional system.

We recommend always using EVA H but with the same method as the microgreens.

To obtain some microgreens:

• use 1/2 teaspoonabout 2 g
• no soaking
• the germination occurs in 2-3 days
• the black out hard 3-4 days
• the harvest will be ready in about 8-12 days

can only be grown with water using EVA H or with coconut fiber using EVA S.
